Professional Services Engineer

Globaldev Group is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join a dynamic team working on a leading mobile marketing and audience platform. You will play a pivotal role in managing technical integration processes for third-party partners and providing expert technical consultancy to ensure the success of our mobile ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of partner custom onboarding operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful product launches.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance.
• Contribute to product development and feature prioritization by gathering feedback and identifying partner requirements.
• Develop internal tools and automation solutions to streamline operational processes and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Solutions Engineer role or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile domains (Android and iOS), including REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries, alongside experience with HTML, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
