You will work on real-world client briefs, providing authentic production-quality work that captures your unique creative process, layer decisions, and technical approach.
Key responsibilities
- Complete Photoshop tasks based on creative briefs while maintaining professional standards.
- Record your entire workflow using provided session recording software.
- Deliver high-quality, layered PSD files alongside final outputs.
- Work independently to execute tasks within the specified project scope.
- Contribute to an open-source dataset for research purposes.
Requirements
- Must own an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) with a licensed copy of Photoshop.
- Demonstrable professional portfolio in one of the following: matte painting, campaign compositing, game assets, pre-press, beauty retouching, or product retouching.
- Strict adherence to manual workflows without the use of generative AI tools or plugins.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor without subcontracting.
- Willingness to have your work and session data published openly under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
