You will serve as the primary operational link between suppliers and internal teams, maintaining full traceability and proactive risk management throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Verify that all critical documentation, including BOMs and approved samples, is complete before production starts.
- Monitor mass production progress and identify potential risks regarding capacity or quality.
- Coordinate QA/QC inspections and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including photo evidence of final goods and shipping documentation.
- Provide structured weekly status reports to internal stakeholders to keep all parties informed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production follow-up, supply chain management, or quality-related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and escalate issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
