Production Planner

adm Group is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and delivery timelines. You will serve as the primary operational link between suppliers and internal teams, maintaining full traceability and proactive risk management throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all critical documentation, including BOMs and approved samples, is complete before production starts.
• Monitor mass production progress and identify potential risks regarding capacity or quality.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive records, including photo evidence of final goods and shipping documentation.
• Provide structured weekly status reports to internal stakeholders to keep all parties informed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production follow-up, supply chain management, or quality-related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
