Production Engineer, Senior

We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join our engineering team and help us scale our platform, which supports millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build reliability into every part of our platform by writing, testing, and debugging resilient software.
• Debug complex issues across the stack, from Linux environments to Kubernetes clusters.
• Improve our continuous integration and delivery pipelines to ensure rapid and safe code deployment.
• Expand observability services and utilize monitoring platforms to create better feedback loops.
• Develop automation tools to eliminate manual toil and participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production engineering or similar role focused on reliable systems.
• Proficiency in programming, with a preference for Python or Golang.
• Strong foundation in Linux and working knowledge of cloud networking.
• Experience with Kubernetes at enterprise scale and familiarity with CI/CD and IaC tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and experience with SRE concepts.
