Product Success Partner U4F Coda

Unit4 is seeking a Product Success Partner to join our team, focusing on Unit4 Financials (U4F). In this role, you will act as a bridge between our product capabilities and customer business outcomes, helping organizations optimize their finance processes and maximize the value of their software investment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute success plans that align product adoption with measurable business objectives.
• Leverage deep expertise in Unit4 Financials to identify opportunities for process optimization across procurement, reporting, budgeting, and core finance functions.
• Guide customers toward scalable, future-ready workflows by promoting standard functionality and reducing unnecessary customization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Consulting, Support, and Product Management, to resolve blockers and drive continuous service improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor on financial process best practices and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP consulting, support, or solution delivery with a focus on financial management systems.
• Proven experience working with Unit4 Financials (U4F) or comparable enterprise financial platforms.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into actionable improvement plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with finance leaders and technical teams.
