Product Software Engineer - Spacelift (Remote, European Union)

Spacelift is the infrastructure orchestration platform built for the modern software era, managing the full lifecycle for both traditional IaC and AI-accelerated infrastructure. We are looking for passionate software engineers to join our product teams and contribute to every aspect of building new functionality, from discovery to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering new features and products in an iterative and incremental manner.
• Owning features end-to-end from the discovery process through design to implementation and maintenance.
• Tackling sophisticated technical challenges involving multiple technologies.
• Implementing solutions in Go that work at scale with a strong focus on readability and testability.
• Participating in the on-call rotation as part of our build-it-and-run-it culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Go, Rust, or C/C++.
• 6+ years of experience in the tech industry, specifically in software engineering, platform, or DevOps.
• Passion for building products and interest in the DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Developer Experience space.
• Experience or interest in working on developer tooling.
• Familiarity with IaC tools like OpenTofu, Terraform, or Ansible, or experience with Kubernetes and the Cloud Native ecosystem.
