Product / Project Manager

2am.tech is seeking an experienced Product and Project Manager to lead software development projects from discovery to final delivery. You will act as the primary bridge between clients and engineering teams, ensuring that projects deliver high value while maintaining clear communication and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full end-to-end ownership of project success, from initial discovery phases to final product delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent communication to build long-term trust.
• Manage the product backlog by writing high-quality user stories, prioritizing tasks, and estimating work in collaboration with developers.
• Translate client requirements into actionable development items, ensuring the team remains focused on high-value features.
• Define product strategies and project timelines while actively identifying risks and removing blockers to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product or Project Management roles within the software industry.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Expert communication skills in English, capable of facilitating discussions between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mastery of Jira for task management and story writing, along with experience using analytics tools to track performance.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily workflows and a solid understanding of software development processes.
