Product Owner/Product Manager (m/f)

SolDevelo is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our team and lead the strategy for an open-source Warehouse Management System (WMS) that supports critical medical supply chains across 11 countries. In this role, you will collaborate with a talented team of developers and QA specialists to enhance healthcare logistics, ensuring that essential supplies reach vulnerable communities more efficiently and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary product manager and business analyst, guiding a team of 8 developers and QAs through the delivery of new features and system updates.
• Lead the annual roadmap development process and manage integrations between the WMS and other operational software.
• Design new features, lead ticket specification and estimation, and coach team members on effective ticket creation.
• Triage bugs and emerging requests with support teams to ensure they are integrated into the development cycle.
• Develop feature adoption plans and track metrics to share key learnings and improvements with the broader team.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of combined experience in product management, supply chain, or healthcare operations.
• 2-3 years of proven experience specifically as a product manager or business analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with a focus on end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
