Product Owner, Xsolla Partner Network

Xsolla is seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join the team behind the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN), a dynamic two-sided marketplace connecting game publishers with content creators. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of creator marketing by bridging the gap between publisher needs and creator tools, ensuring both sides thrive within the gaming ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and discovery to understand the needs of both game publishers and content creators, staying ahead of trends in the creator economy.
• Collaborate with the Product Director to define priorities and maintain a roadmap that balances the requirements of all marketplace participants.
• Translate strategic ideas into clear, well-scoped product requirements that empower design and engineering teams to build with confidence.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, organizing work in Jira and ensuring alignment across design, engineering, and QA teams.
• Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the platform and guide future product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a proven track record of shipping software alongside engineering teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer insights into actionable product decisions that serve multiple user types.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear requirements and keep cross-functional teams informed.
• Deep understanding of video game marketing, influencer campaigns, and the creator economy on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok.
• Adaptability and comfort working within a fast-moving, globally distributed team environment.
