Product Owner

We are seeking a highly effective Product Owner to join our team and take full ownership of our delivery flow, ensuring that high-value product decisions are executed with speed and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Decompose product briefs into shippable increments and manage the backlog end-to-end, including acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Prioritize tasks based on cost of delay and engineering effort, using data-driven scoring rather than intuition.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring founders and teams are always aligned on shipping schedules.
• Monitor and improve delivery metrics such as cycle time and predictability to keep the team unblocked and efficient.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to challenge briefs and ensure technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner working with a team of 8+ engineers.
• Strong ability to reason about cost of delay and effort versus value.
• Technical literacy, including the ability to read API contracts and understand service boundaries.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to maximize output and efficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills (B1/B2+).
