Product Owner

Red Sky is a dynamic startup studio and venture builder that identifies market opportunities and transforms them into functional digital products. We are looking for a Product Owner to join our cross-functional team to lead the discovery and development of new ventures from initial concept to MVP and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery of new product ideas by defining user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Conduct user interviews, market research, and customer analysis to identify pain points and shape product strategy.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements and own the product roadmap based on data and feasibility.
• Partner closely with design and engineering teams to build and launch MVPs iteratively.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track product success and support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching 0 to 1 digital products with strong discovery and research capabilities.
• Fluency in modern product development methodologies including Lean Startup and Agile.
• Hands-on experience prototyping AI-enabled products and a practical understanding of LLM capabilities and risks.
• Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, low-structure environment with strong communication skills.
• Experience writing user stories and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
