Product Owner

Transition Technologies PSC is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong cybersecurity background to drive product development in a highly technical environment. You will act as a bridge between Product Management, security domain experts, and engineering teams, ensuring that complex cybersecurity requirements are translated into high-quality, actionable product features.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog by creating epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize development tasks based on business value, risk assessment, and security impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and security strategy.
• Coordinate product release and patching processes while maintaining detailed functional documentation.
• Engage with customers to present new functionalities and gather feedback to refine product needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Engineer in the software industry.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience within the cybersecurity domain.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps environments, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex technical problems into well-defined requirements for engineering teams.
