Product Owner

Newel Health is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Product Owner to drive the strategic direction and successful execution of key features within our digital therapeutics and SaMD portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements, managing the roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, compliant solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Track project progress, identify dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies for potential risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product and Project Management, preferably within digital health or SaaS.
• Proven track record of launching successful software products and managing complex projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
