Product Owner

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for our payment processing domain, maintaining a 12–24 month planning horizon.
• Own payment-related products end-to-end, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead complex cross-domain initiatives, aligning stakeholders and driving projects from problem definition through to successful delivery.
• Structure ambiguous problems and validate hypotheses using data, customer feedback, and operational insights.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and mentor other Product Managers to improve overall product practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, ideally within B2B, FinTech, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong practical understanding of payment flows, payment methods, and their operational implications.
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-team initiatives and manage long-term product roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mentality and experience mentoring team members to achieve measurable business outcomes.
