Product Owner

TREND Health Partners is a tech-enabled payment integrity company dedicated to facilitating collaboration between payers and providers to reduce waste and improve healthcare access. We are looking for a Product Owner to join our dynamic team and help drive our mission through innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and stakeholder needs are represented.
• Translate user needs into actionable JIRA tickets, defining clear and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to identify product needs and support release planning.
• Monitor feature adoption and gather feedback to inform continuous product improvements and refinements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or product lifecycle ownership, including backlog management and releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail.
