Product Owner (0→1 Ideas Prototyping)

Red Sky is a dynamic startup studio and venture builder that transforms initial concepts into validated digital products. We specialize in rapid prototyping and MVP development, working in a fast-paced environment to determine the viability of new business ideas through rigorous research and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery process for new product ideas by defining user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Conduct user interviews, market research, and customer safaris to identify pain points and shape product strategy.
• Translate research insights into detailed product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Partner closely with design and engineering teams to build and launch MVPs iteratively.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to track product success and inform future development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching 0 to 1 digital products from the ground up.
• Strong background in product discovery, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile development.
• Hands-on experience prototyping AI-enabled products with a solid understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to navigate high-autonomy environments and manage product risks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.
