Product Owner / Business Analyst - Murex

VISTULO sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Product Owner or Business Analyst with deep Murex expertise to join a high-performance team supporting a top North American bank. You will take end-to-end ownership of product delivery, working directly with business stakeholders and engineering teams to build solutions for Money Markets, Payments, and FX domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and drive requirements directly with business stakeholders, advising on technical feasibility.
• Translate requirements into Jira tickets, manage the product backlog, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Apply deep domain knowledge in capital markets, payments, or FX to ensure requirements are technically grounded.
• Conduct acceptance testing and define test strategies, including automation and MXtest implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope integration and data-mapping requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Hands-on Murex experience in testing, integration, or technical configuration.
• Strong domain knowledge in areas such as Payments, SWIFT, FX hedging, or trade lifecycles.
• Ability to work independently, drive solutions, and solve complex problems in high-stakes environments.
• Availability to maintain a 5-6 hour overlap with US Eastern business hours.
