Product Owner - IoT

Incubly is seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join a Scrum team focused on developing modern, cloud-based IoT solutions for a global water technology company. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, translating complex needs into clear product directions and valuable features.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on high-value initiatives.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap while balancing technical constraints and delivery capacity.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain structured documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validate delivered features against business goals and track performance to inform future priorities.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience as a Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to end-to-end backlog management.
• Ability to understand technical constraints and work effectively with engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and modern digital product architectures.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
