Product Owner - Drones Team

emagine Polska is looking for a dedicated Product Owner to lead our Drones team during a parental leave period. This role is essential for maintaining operational integrity, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and upholding high safety standards within the UAS sector.

Key responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for regulatory compliance, safety performance, and organizational well-being.
• Ensure all operations align with EU, EASA, and national regulations.
• Develop, implement, and improve safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain the Operations Manual and manage all necessary submissions to aviation authorities.
• Act as the primary liaison with national authorities regarding UAS operations and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Holder of a valid Specific Category remote pilot certificate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EASA regulations and national drone regulatory frameworks.
• Solid understanding of aviation theory and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Proven leadership skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
