Product Operations Engineer

Pansophic Learning is seeking a dedicated Product Operations Engineer to design, code, and test software solutions for our global educational systems. You will play a critical role in administering learning platforms and integrations, ensuring high-quality support for our worldwide network of schools while collaborating with a high-performing, energetic team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test software solutions and RESTful web services using NodeJS and Google Apps Script.
• Manage and administer complex systems including Canvas LMS, SIS, and third-party integrations.
• Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build, host, and maintain robust application environments.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing troubleshooting support for production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams and school administrators to optimize data mapping and system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Git version control.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SQS, and EC2.
• Proven ability to manage complex system integrations and automate manual tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
