Product Operations Analyst II

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Product Operations Analyst II to join our Product Strategy & Operations team. You will partner with our Cloud Technology Group to deliver operational excellence, providing data-driven insights that empower our business and ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into our strategic decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Empower strategic decision-making by utilizing business analysis to inform recommendations and drive cross-functional execution.
• Lead operational reporting, analytics, and business insights for key groups including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to manage and track key performance indicators.
• Optimize internal processes to support decision-making at scale and contribute to business case development and ROI analysis.

Requirements

• Professional experience in corporate, product, or financial strategy.
• Understanding of cloud, data center concepts, and content distribution (CDN) technologies.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL query syntax.
• Experience with data visualization tools and building dashboards to support business operations.
