Product Mgr/Technical Project Mgr Template

Nebius is a leading cloud infrastructure provider dedicated to the global AI economy, building a full-stack platform that supports developers and enterprises in model training and production deployment. We are seeking a Product Manager to own the quota experience across our AI Cloud, ensuring that resource management is transparent, efficient, and scalable for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and adoption strategy for the Quotas domain.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, prioritize opportunities, and deliver measurable product improvements.
• Manage quota policies and automation, including default limits and rules for automatic adjustment or human review.
• Improve the complete quota lifecycle, from requesting and approving to applying and communicating changes.
• Oversee the Capacity Dashboard and Capacity Advisor API to help customers understand available capacity before launching workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or technical B2B domains.
• Proven track record of owning complex products from discovery and strategy through to delivery and impact measurement.
• Technical depth sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on APIs, control-plane systems, and policy enforcement.
• Strong analytical, customer discovery, and stakeholder management skills.
