Product Manager/Product Owner

micro1 is seeking experienced Product Managers and Product Owners to contribute to an advanced project focused on the development and training of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your professional domain expertise to evaluate and refine AI-generated content, ensuring that models learn to reason and perform with high accuracy and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and compare AI-generated responses to diverse writing prompts, including specifications, release notes, and user-facing copy.
• Score responses based on clarity, tone, and adherence to specific instructions for the intended audience.
• Write detailed rationales explaining the reasoning behind each score to ensure content meets requirements.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or instances where content fails to address the prompt constraints.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in assessments.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Manager or certified Product Owner with a strong background in cross-functional development.
• Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication skills.
• Extensive experience authoring and evaluating PRDs, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to provide actionable, critical feedback on content tailored for executives, technical stakeholders, or end users.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
