Product Manager/Business Analyst (US Tax)

Intellias is seeking a skilled Product Manager/Business Analyst to join a project focused on a leading flexible benefits platform. You will help scale an ecosystem that supports global organizations in managing complex employee benefit programs, including HSA, FSA, and HRA solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the regulatory and business context of U.S. Pre-Tax benefits to identify product opportunities and customer pain points.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap for Pre-Tax capabilities, balancing technical constraints with business priorities.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure the success and impact of new features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and ensure a shared understanding of the solution scope.
• Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to drive prioritization and product strategy.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of IT industry experience, with 5+ years in business analysis or product management.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. Pre-Tax or tax-advantaged employee benefits products is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of claims, reimbursements, expense eligibility, and adjudication workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and requirements management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product decisions.
