Product Manager (trading platform) m/k 💸

Team Up is seeking a mid-to-senior Product Manager to join a fast-growing fintech platform focused on modern investment solutions. You will own the full product lifecycle, driving initiatives for a world-class trading ecosystem that empowers users through intuitive digital financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Lead new product initiatives such as Gold Trading, IPO subscriptions, and advanced stock-trading functionalities.
• Write clear and comprehensive product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog effectively to align with strategic business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience in the fintech industry.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proven background in building relevant products such as trading, wealth-tech, or B2C fintech solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong resilience and ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
