Product Manager (TaxCare)

XTB is a global investment company providing innovative technological solutions that empower over one million users worldwide to manage their finances effectively. We are currently seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our TaxCare team and help shape the future of our financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision and establish KPIs that align with company goals.
• Translate high-level product vision into concrete tasks and actionable steps for the development team.
• Coordinate collaboration across legal, risk, marketing, and technical departments to ensure successful product launches.
• Validate product decisions through research and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction metrics.
• Partner closely with the Engineering Team Lead to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in taxation, financial reporting, or operations within FinTech, banking, or capital markets.
• Practical knowledge of capital gains taxation, tax withholding, and international standards like CRS and FATCA.
• Ability to interpret complex tax regulations and translate them into business logic and algorithms.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager on financial IT projects.
• Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
