Product Manager (Remote | HealthTech Startup)

Agent is seeking a sharp, hands-on Fractional Product Manager to join our team and work directly alongside our Head of Product. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between our Behavioral Science, UX, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to execute our product roadmap and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and vision into well-defined, actionable work items.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
• Remove blockers and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Ensure that the right features are built the right way by maintaining clear documentation and requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably within health tech or consumer digital products.
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive execution with minimal oversight.
• Strong command of agile methodologies and experience with tools like Linear, Figma, and Slack.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on async collaboration and clarity.
• Experience working effectively with design, engineering, data, and science stakeholders.
