Product Manager

GetResponse is a leading SaaS company specializing in email marketing and marketing automation, serving over 350,000 customers globally. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our Core Platform domain, acting as a key bridge between business requirements and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain.
• Partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives.
• Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies.
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
