Product Manager

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on defining and executing product strategy, managing complex business processes, and driving the organization's transition toward a product-led operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with overarching business objectives.
• Develop and communicate a long-term product vision and roadmap for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple development teams and manage Product Owners to ensure architectural and organizational consistency.
• Prioritize initiatives and monitor product performance to ensure the successful achievement of business goals.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar strategic role.
• Proven track record of building and developing digital products or complex business and technology domains.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing Product Owners or product workstream leads.
• Excellent understanding of how business processes translate into effective technology solutions.
• Experience working with senior management and diverse stakeholder groups.
