Product Manager

Craftware is a technology company of over 500 experts, empowering large organizations to solve complex business challenges with modern IT solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and take full accountability for the success of products throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy for your products across their whole lifecycle, ensuring customer needs remain at the center.
• Build and update the product vision, roadmap, and strategy while keeping them aligned with technical and enabling teams.
• Run discovery processes to test usability, feasibility, and business value before choosing a solution.
• Manage and streamline the product backlog to set clear priorities for your squads.
• Oversee the build and launch process, ensuring the product remains available, stable, and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or at least 4 years of equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Agile development and DevOps methodologies.
• Deep understanding of the product domain, related technology, and system architecture.
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
