Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of critical product areas, helping to automate complex supply chain processes and deliver measurable efficiency for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for your product area, balancing customer needs with operational and commercial priorities.
• Lead discovery and prioritization for complex problems by leveraging user research, product data, and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to redesign freight processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Define success metrics before development and ensure that released solutions drive adoption and create tangible value.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to align teams on product strategy and key decisions.
• Utilize modern AI tools to enhance the speed and quality of product discovery, analysis, and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Manager shipping impactful software, ideally within SaaS, logistics, or operationally complex environments.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between technical complexity and business impact.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve product workflows and a history of contributing to AI-enabled features.
• Excellent skills in user research, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and influence senior leadership through evidence-based insights.
• Versatile, hands-on working style capable of balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution.
