Product Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing international AI company to hire a Senior Product Manager for their R&D team. This role operates at the intersection of product, AI, data, and engineering, focusing on rapid experimentation, AI-native prototyping, and delivering functional product changes with high autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive rapid product experimentation through A/B tests, growth experiments, and new feature development.
• Build, prototype, and ship functional product changes end-to-end while maintaining technical autonomy.
• Utilize AI coding tools to prototype, analyze data, and contribute directly through pull requests.
• Define success metrics, analyze experiment results, and use data-driven insights to iterate on product performance.
• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder and CTO to unblock technical challenges and deliver impactful product solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience with a proven track record of shipping functional products or prototypes.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to connect product metrics to strategic decision-making.
• High level of agency and the ability to operate independently within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Comfort working on products involving adult-oriented content and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
