Product Manager

Remote is a global platform dedicated to simplifying international employment, payroll, and compliance for organizations of all sizes. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Remote Build team, focusing on creating seamless integrations that connect our platform with the tools and workflows our customers rely on every day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of integrations by analyzing APIs, data flows, and compliance requirements across global jurisdictions.
• Prioritize integration projects based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish KPIs to measure the performance, reliability, and adoption of our integration ecosystem.
• Develop repeatable patterns and implementation playbooks to accelerate customer onboarding and success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on APIs, platform ecosystems, or complex integrations.
• Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code using tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and navigate trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both non-technical stakeholders and partners.
• Deep empathy for customer workflows and a passion for creating seamless, intuitive user experiences.
