Product Manager

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong Product Management expertise to join an early-stage fintech environment. You will collaborate directly with the CTO and engineering team to transform business concepts into actionable product requirements and delivery plans.

Key responsibilities

• Translate vague business requests into clear requirements, user flows, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, technical dependencies, and engineering effort.
• Coordinate sprints and releases while actively managing scope, blockers, and project risks.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve tradeoffs and document product decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software project management with a focus on product discovery, backlog management, and sprint execution.
• Proficiency in using design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, or similar to create wireframes and user flows.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, challenging assumptions and making informed product decisions.
• Strong command of English and a stable professional history.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
