Product Manager

Lemon.io is a profitable, growing talent marketplace connecting vetted senior engineers with companies worldwide. We are currently transitioning from a services-driven model to a technology-driven platform and are seeking a Product Manager to help build our core product infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas from conception to delivery, defining success metrics before development begins.
• Drive product discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and hypothesis validation.
• Work hands-on with AI agents to automate and improve internal product workflows.
• Prioritize features ruthlessly to ensure we focus on high-impact business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with designers and engineers in an async-first environment to ship fast and iterate.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product management experience with a focus on measurable business metrics.
• Proven ability to connect product features to revenue, retention, or conversion goals.
• Strong experience working within distributed, remote engineering teams.
• Excellent written communication skills, essential for our async-first culture.
• Technical literacy that allows for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
