Product Manager

AgileEngine is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead product delivery and optimize the user experience for a fitness mobile application. You will act as the primary bridge between executive leadership and engineering, ensuring the seamless execution of features that drive user retention and subscription growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog by translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to simplify complex product flows and execute high-quality feature rollouts.
• Optimize the user acquisition funnel, including registration and onboarding processes, to reduce friction.
• Improve monetization strategies by refining paywall clarity and trial-to-paid conversion mechanics.
• Ensure data quality through event tracking and analytics to monitor product stability and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on intuitive UI/UX design.
• Proven ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor while managing cross-functional teams.
• Mastery of asynchronous communication and structured documentation to maintain a single source of truth.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Linear, or Confluence.
• Availability to work until 8:00 PM Ukraine time and an upper-intermediate level of English.
