Product Manager, Node Economics

Chainlink Labs is the industry-standard oracle platform, powering decentralized finance and bringing capital markets onchain. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of incentive systems, compensation frameworks, and performance infrastructure that shape how Node Operators contribute to the network.

Key responsibilities

• Build compensation and incentive systems that influence Node Operator performance across the network.
• Ship performance-based mechanisms that drive measurable accountability and quality improvements.
• Design and automate payment workflows to ensure accuracy and trust for all operators.
• Deliver performance insights and tooling that provide operators with actionable data.
• Manage economic communications to help operators understand complex changes and new programs.

Requirements

• Experience owning performance, rewards, or compensation systems end-to-end.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists and economists to translate models into operational decisions.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex quantitative concepts to external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional work across engineering and operations teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structured processes in evolving environments.
