Product Manager, Contractor Management

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Contractor Management vertical, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global work and creating opportunities for millions of people worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product experience, delivering value through a combination of human services and software solutions.
• Develop and execute an effective product roadmap and strategy aligned with company-wide goals.
• Ship improvements iteratively by finding minimal, high-impact solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborate across departments, including sales and operations, to ensure business requirements are met.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your product area and contribute to the growth of the product organization.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a product manager, ideally within a high-growth company environment.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code to autonomously build and debug prototypes.
• Strong strategic judgment and the ability to make difficult prioritization decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• A self-driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
