Product Manager, Compliance

Chainlink Labs is the industry-standard oracle platform powering the majority of decentralized finance and bringing capital markets onchain. We are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), defining how onchain compliance, identity, and policy enforcement are delivered for institutional and DeFi partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Automated Compliance Engine.
• Launch and scale ACE to achieve broad market adoption across asset issuers and DeFi protocols.
• Enable compliant issuance, identity management, and policy enforcement for onchain financial products.
• Drive adoption of the Chainlink product stack by integrating complementary offerings into a unified compliance platform.
• Establish Chainlink as the default infrastructure provider for onchain compliance at institutional scale.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience building onchain compliance products from 0 to 1 as a product manager.
• Proven leadership in managing digital asset products for both traditional financial institutions and DeFi protocols.
• Deep, applied understanding of global regulatory requirements for digital assets.
• Strong ability to partner with engineering teams on technically complex, blockchain-based systems.
• Experience representing product vision and progress to senior customer and executive stakeholders.
