Product Manager Collaboration Platforms - Atlassian tools (m/f/n)

InPost is a leading European e-commerce enablement platform that has revolutionized parcel delivery through its extensive network of automated machines. We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk, as we continue to scale our technology-driven solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and governance for our collaboration platforms, starting with Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
• Lead the Jira Cloud migration project, defining scope and outcomes while coordinating with external delivery partners.
• Partner with the technical execution team to define the strategic direction and priorities for our toolset.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from diverse business and technical stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Establish standards and operational direction for new collaboration tools as they are integrated into the platform ecosystem.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk.
• Solid product management background with a strong project-management mindset and the ability to bring structure to complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Assertiveness and the ability to set and maintain standards across the organization.
• Fluency in English and communicative proficiency in Polish to facilitate daily stakeholder interactions.
