Product Manager – Senior

SOFTSWISS is expanding its Sportsbook Product Team and is seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to take ownership of key product areas. You will join a fast-growing international company, working to enhance player experience, operational efficiency, and business growth within the iGaming industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap for your specific product area.
• Translate complex business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Drive feature delivery from initial discovery through to post-launch evaluation.
• Identify, propose, and drive the adoption of new processes across the product team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Risk, Operations, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in digital products.
• Proven experience in Sportsbook, Betting, or iGaming industries.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, betting flows, and player behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
