Product Manager – D365 F&O Migration

Square One Resources is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migration project. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements throughout the D365 F&O migration project lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the product backlog within Azure DevOps, ensuring high quality and clear prioritization.
• Recommend standard D365 F&O out-of-the-box functionality and low-code solutions to minimize custom development.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation aligned with the Microsoft One Version methodology.
• Define, maintain, and improve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX 2012.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain Management modules within the D365 ecosystem.
• Experience delivering ERP migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for project management.
