Product Manager - Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC (Remote, European Union)

Spacelift is the infrastructure orchestration platform built for the modern software era, managing the full lifecycle for both traditional IaC and AI-accelerated infrastructure. We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape and deliver products for teams using Kubernetes or Ansible in production, owning the product area from discovery through to launch and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Speak regularly with platform engineers, DevOps teams, and infrastructure leaders to identify problems worth solving.
• Define product requirements, success measures, and clear recommendations using evidence-led practices.
• Prioritize work based on customer value, strategic fit, effort, and risk.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to prototype, validate, and refine solutions.
• Coordinate launch readiness across internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Product management experience or a background in platform engineering, DevOps, or technical product ownership.
• Hands-on production experience with either Kubernetes (e.g., Argo CD, Helm) or Ansible (e.g., AWX, automation workflows).
• Working familiarity with Terraform or OpenTofu and core IaC workflows.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work directly with technical customers.
• Based in Europe with a strong command of English.
