Product Manager - Data Platform (m/f/n)

InPost is seeking a Data Platform Product Manager to drive the evolution of our modern data infrastructure. You will combine product strategy with technical expertise in cloud technologies and FinOps to enable scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data capabilities across our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for the data platform.
• Drive the development of cloud-based data environments using Azure and Databricks.
• Lead FinOps initiatives, cloud cost optimization, and budgeting processes.
• Implement and improve DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, including contracts, SLAs, and procurement activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a data platform or technical product.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure Data Services.
• Practical knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
