Product Manager - 4 Day Week + Remote

Laminar Projects is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our team and help transform the construction industry through innovative software solutions. We are building a platform that bridges the gap between field operations and commercial management, and we need a leader who is passionate about solving complex, real-world problems.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
• Spend time on live projects to deeply understand the challenges faced by site teams and commercial leadership.
• Drive the development of AI features, ensuring they are reliable, high-quality, and provide genuine value.
• Make difficult prioritization trade-offs and communicate them clearly across the organization.
• Foster a culture of growth by providing candid feedback and raising the product craft within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS products with a track record of driving business outcomes.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI, including experience shipping or prototyping AI-powered features.
• Ability to design for diverse users, from field workers in challenging conditions to senior directors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex arguments and build relationships.
• A proactive, leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
