Product Lead - AI Stockbroking

Bjak is a leading financial platform dedicated to making financial services accessible and efficient for millions of users across Southeast Asia. We are currently seeking a talented Product Lead to join our team and drive the development of our innovative AI Stockbroking product, helping us redefine how people manage their money.

Key responsibilities

• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and comprehensive roadmaps for our financial service offerings.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to turn complex financial concepts into intuitive customer journeys.
• Launch new features, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous product iterations based on user feedback and data.
• Make strategic trade-offs between development speed, user experience, business impact, and operational complexity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in a similar growth-oriented product role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows and solve real user problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineers and designers to ship high-quality products.
• Excellent prioritization, writing, and stakeholder management skills with a high level of ownership.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer applications is considered a strong advantage.
