Product Lead - AI Finance

BJAK is a leading financial technology platform dedicated to helping people plan, save, and grow their money more effectively. We are currently seeking a talented Product Lead to join our AI Finance team and help us build next-generation financial products that simplify complex user journeys for millions of customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and other financial services.
• Define user problems, establish product scope, set success metrics, and manage roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and compliance teams to ship high-quality features.
• Transform complex financial requirements into intuitive, user-friendly customer experiences.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous iterations post-launch.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in a similar growth-oriented role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineers and designers to ship real-world products.
• Excellent prioritization, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer applications is considered a strong advantage.
