We are looking for a Product Intern or Fresher to join our team and help shape the future of AI collaboration by optimizing the user journey for thousands of candidates worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product ideation and strategy by identifying user pain points and proposing features that drive growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless feature development and launch coordination.
• Analyze user data to identify friction points in the funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Write clear feature specifications and documentation to support the product roadmap.
• Conduct product testing and QA to ensure a polished and intuitive user experience.

Requirements

• Strong data-driven intuition combined with a deep empathy for user psychology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine interest in Product-Led Growth and scaling software products.
• Good design sensibility and an understanding of what constitutes a clean, trustworthy user interface.
• Curiosity about software development, data analytics, or technology products.
