Product Engineering — Frontend Background (Full-stack)

Profitroom is looking for a Product Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join our team in building hospitality software used by thousands of hotels worldwide. In this role, you will take full ownership of technical initiatives, from discovery and design to implementation and production, working closely with Product Managers to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver user-facing features end-to-end, managing both frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to validate technical feasibility and shape solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end quality by monitoring performance and usability in production.
• Utilize AI-augmented development workflows, including Claude Code and custom agents.
• Maintain UX coherence and proactively address recurring technical or design issues.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and VueJS or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance.
• Full-stack capability with Node.js to connect APIs and implement business logic.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling like Claude Code or Cursor for development.
• Strong UX sensibility and a proactive approach to solving user-facing problems.
• Communicative proficiency in both Polish and English.
