Product Engineer

Boldare is a software company that helps businesses build and transform with AI. We are looking for a Product Engineer who can talk to clients, understand real problems, build solutions, and take full ownership of the outcome using AI as a primary tool.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients from early discovery through delivery without proxy buffers.
• Build end-to-end solutions across the stack with a focus on backend development.
• Use AI tools daily for coding, QA, and architecture decisions to increase speed and quality.
• Develop AI-powered features including agents, LLM-based workflows, and RAG systems.
• Advise clients on AI possibilities and strategic technical implementations.

Requirements

• Strong backend experience in Java, .NET, PHP, or JS/TS with a focus on engineering thinking.
• Proven, daily use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into real projects.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients and stakeholders in a technical capacity.
• Full-stack capability to handle frontend tasks when necessary.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Polish.
